Who qualifies for the Quarterly Plan?
Our Quarterly Plan is offered to select small businesses on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to see if you qualify.
Will my price change as my business grows?
We get that as your business grows, your needs can shift. Most folks will grow into one of our regular monthly plans, but we’re all about flexibility. If we see more accounts or extra support hours needed, we’ll reach out to chat with you about any plan adjustments. Your success is what matters to us!
How should I calculate my account connections?
An account is any bank, savings, credit card, loan, merchant service, payroll company, etc that is used for your business. If you're unsure, fill out our Compatibility Quiz and we'll reach out with a personal review.
What is your cancellation policy?
Greenspace Bookkeeping plans are month-to-month subscriptions that can be cancelled at anytime with a 30 day notice. Catch-up projects are quoted at a flat fee, your deposit will be credited towards your first month of catch up work.
Are there any one–time fees when I sign up?
Nope! We may recommend a one-time catch-up project if you’re behind on your books, but that’s always optional.
