What's included?
Clean up and reconciliation of up to 12 months of bookkeeping to give you financials that are current and tax-ready. We categorize transactions, reconcile bank & credit card accounts, fix obvious errors, and deliver Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, & General Ledger reports ready for your CPA. If anything falls outside the scope, we’ll confirm with you before proceeding. The timeline is 10 business days from completed onboarding and receipt of all required documents.
How do I know if I qualify for the $900 deal?
Most small businesses qualify for this deal, which includes up to 6 data channels (such as bank accounts, credit cards, merchant processors, payroll systems, etc). If you have significantly more data or more complex activity, we may recommend add-ons or review your data to see if you still qualify. If you’re unsure, submit a Quote Request and we’ll confirm pricing before getting started.
How do you prepare reports so quickly?
We specialize in catch-up bookkeeping, which allows us to work quickly once we have access to your data. Our streamlined internal systems and over 10 years of experience help us deliver accurate, CPA-ready reports without sacrificing quality. All work is done using encrypted software and access is limited to assigned team members only.
What do I need to provide my bookkeeper?
Your bookkeeper will personally reach out during onboarding to introduce themselves and provide you with a detailed list of documents or data needed. Typically, this is access to your bookkeeping software (if you don't already have a bookkeeping software, we will provide a free QBO Ledger account for the project duration) and bank records. As a best practice, we recommend keeping receipts and supporting documents organized for your CPA and audit needs, although we won't typically need these items to complete the cleanup.
Will I get to make revisions?
Yes! You will receive an initial report in ten business days where you will have a two week period available to provide feedback and any updates before your final report is prepared and closed.
What is your refund policy?
Your payment reserves your spot and production time, but work only begins after onboarding and confirmation that we’re a good fit. If we determine the service isn’t the right solution before starting, you’ll receive a full refund. Once work has begun, the project is non-refundable due to resources allocated, with our goal being clear expectations and a risk-free decision upfront.
