Do you offer discounts for non-profits or start-ups?
Yes – qualified companies may be eligible for a special discount for the first year. Contact us to see if you qualify.
Will my price change as my business grows?
We get that as your business grows, your needs can shift. Most folks fit into our regular pricing plans, but we’re all about flexibility. If we notice an increase in accounts, special transactions, or hours of support needed, we’ll reach out to chat with you about any plan adjustments. Your success is what matters to us!
What is your cancellation policy?
Our month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime with a 30 day notice. Catch-up projects are quoted at a flat fee.
Are there any one–time fees when I sign up?
Nope! We may recommend a one-time catch-up project if you’re behind on your books, but that’s always optional.
Do you offer add-ons for active bookkeeping tasks?
We don’t handle active bookkeeping tasks like invoices or tax filing - we believe those tasks benefit most from existing technology tools, additional checks & balances, and specialists for your specific industry or situation. We do include direct communication with your CPA as well as integration of data from any additional tools or platforms used for these services.
