Do you offer discounts for non-profits or start-ups?
Yes – qualified companies may be eligible for a special discount for the first year. Contact us to see if you qualify.
Are there limited spots available?
Yes - we limit the spots available each year to make sure we can provide quality reporting.
What if I need to be caught up first?
One Trial Balance Adjustment is included for free, but full catch-up projects can be added on for an additional fee. Contact us for a custom quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our annual subscriptions can be cancelled with a 90 day notice of your annual subscription renewal date. Catch-up projects are quoted at a flat fee.
Will I get to make revisions?
Yes! You will receive an initial report on your custom report date where you can provide feedback and any updates before your final report is prepared and closed.
Do you offer add-ons for active bookkeeping tasks?
We don’t handle active bookkeeping tasks like invoices or tax filing - we believe those tasks benefit most from existing technology tools, additional checks & balances, and specialists for your specific industry or situation. We do include direct communication with your CPA as well as integration of data from any additional tools or platforms used for these services.
